It was smiles all round at LEAP’s Strathcona friendship group when they celebrated Christmas in fashion.

The group members had collected money regularly and put it to good use with a lovely buffet lunch and a singalong with entertainer Laura Coburn.

Everyone had a great day and group co-ordinator Donna McPherson said: “Everyone had been looking forward to the lunch for a long time and it was great to see it going so well.

“Our volunteers Isobel Steven and Ann Carmichael spent a long time preparing the buffet and it showed – it was lovely.

“And Laura was great as usual, getting people to join in and have a great time.”
